Bo Seal Recruiting Profile, Kalamazoo Video; Garber on Young
My regular Thursday post for the Tennis Recruiting Network is a profile of Kalamazoo 16s finalist Bo Seal, and while we're talking Kalamazoo, I wanted to link to this short (7 minute) video montage of the 2007 Nationals produced by Lesley Platek of LIFEfilms. It's also a good time to mention that photographs of the U.S. competitiors in the USO Junior Championships next week will be available for viewing at ustaboys.com beginning Sunday.
And Greg Garber of ESPN.com today posted a detailed profile of Donald Young and provides some insight into the likelihood that Young will play the US Open juniors.

Dear Colette, I am still perplexed as to why I can't find the US Open Junior Qualifier draw anywhere. Doesn't the qualifier start today (Friday)?
Any insight?
Junior quali draws were found on an obscure USTA link... Kudla will play Tomic, Egger vs. Miccini from Italy. Unfortunate that El Midahwy will play Britton while Jenkins will play Nevolo. Both El Midahwy and Nevolo appear to have gotten in on their own, but Buchanan is listed as a w/c.
